Delivery
You can either collect your painting or we can arrange to have it couriered to you anywhere in the UK or across the world. For packing and couriering costs please contact us.

MAUSUM always uses a top tier courier company and has insurance on all goods sent. Delivery can be organised immediately upon payment and you can expect the goods within 7 days.

14 days return guarantee
Your absolute satisfaction is our top priority. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the item - we are happy to give 14 day money back guarantee (minus carriage fees) as long as the item is return in the same condition as it was sent out and we are satisfied that you have not utilised the item.

Returned items that are purchased and are shown to have been utilised for an event such as a wedding etc (it does occasionally happen!) will be charged a rental fee of £160.
